Delivery & Shipping
We don’t accept orders from outside Kuwait, Please follow us regularly for updates on the shipping.
We offer standard shipping options, which usually takes 1 to 3 working days. At the time of buying your product, In cases where the purchase includes only products they will be delivered directly by Shopex.
Order Processing
We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1-3 business days from the purchase date and between 3:00 pm till 9:00 pm every day. Processing time, and delivery, is dependent on product inventory and weather conditions or delays outside our control. We may contact you for additional information if necessary.

Precise Delivery
Ensure your address details are entered accurately and your purchased products will be delivered right to your preferred location.
The Registered User who placed the product order (or his/her authorized person – provided adequate proof of such authorization) must receive delivery of the ordered product.
In case you were not at the specified location for the order delivery, our staff will depart and the order will be returned for another delivery attempt on a subsequent day.
In case our staff are unable to reach the customer within 7 business days from the date of placing the order; then it will be automatically considered as canceled.
Notifications
Should we discover any issues with the availability of an item(s) while processing your order; a Customer Relations Representative will contact you to discuss possible options. Items in an order will not be shipped out separately; any additional items in your order will be held for shipment until the issue is resolved.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Your shipments’ shipper tracking number will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours
To ensure prompt and timely delivery, the customer will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to delivery. In the event where you are not at home or at the specified location for order delivery, the driver will wait at the address mentioned for 10 minutes with your ordered Products. Inability to establish contact during that time will prompt him to depart and you have to contact the customer support team on +965 50528255
Signatures
All orders require customer signature as confirmation of receipt upon delivery of product/ service.
