PAYMENT METHODS

Shhopex accepts various payment methods, including KNet, Credit Card, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery.

• To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card/debit card/net banking (mobile or internet) details will be encrypted.
• Other than where payment is by cash on delivery, the payment will be due and payable immediately at the time of placing the order.
• When you click "Authorize payment", you are confirming that the credit card is yours.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

• All product orders are subject to availability. If there are difficulties regarding the supply of product(s) or an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order.

Customers may choose to substitute the out-of-stock item with a similar product, await restocking, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.

Neither shall we be held liable to you nor any third party for the removal of any product from our website, the alteration or removal of content, or the refusal to process an order after the Order Confirmation has been dispatched.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We don’t accept orders from outside Kuwait. Please follow us regularly for updates on shipping.

We offer standard shipping options, which usually take 10 to 12 working days. Products will be delivered directly by Shhopex.

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

While we strive to adhere to stipulated delivery timelines, unanticipated factors such as inclement weather, natural calamities, or carrier delays may impede timely delivery.

• There may also be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or delivery zones.
• If we are unable to comply with the delivery date, we will inform you and make efforts to rectify the situation.

For the purpose of these Conditions, "delivery" shall be understood to have taken place as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, evidenced by the signing of the receipt.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shhopex bears no responsibility for packages deemed lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the availability of a recipient or designate a secure delivery location.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

It is imperative to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address. We offer complimentary free delivery services across all locations within Kuwait.

The registered user who placed the product order (or their authorized representative) must receive delivery of the ordered product.

If you are not at the specified location for order delivery, our staff will return for another attempt on a subsequent day.

If we are unable to reach the customer within 7 business days, the order will be automatically considered canceled.

NOTIFICATIONS

Should we discover any issues with the availability of items while processing your order, a Customer Relations Representative will contact you to discuss options. Items in the order will not be shipped separately. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, including a shipper tracking number.
