How do I Exchange a product?

What is the Process of Exchange?
Step 1: Once the exchange request is raised by selecting the size you wish to exchange, our team will arrange the pickup within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: The returned product will reach our warehouse within.
Step 3: Once product received at the warehouse, the new product will be dispatched from the warehouse.

Where will the amount be credited?
The amount will be credited to your source account from where you have paid.
When will the amount be credited?
Refunds are processed immediately upon completion at the backend. However, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the bank's processing time.
What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
- All our products are dispatched after strict quality checks. However, if in certain cases you receive a defective or damaged item(s), please provide a video recording of the unboxing within 48 hours.
- Once the issue is verified, Refund will be processed to the original source within 5 business days.
