Gift Card

1. The SHHOPEX Gift Card is redeemable only on our website.
2. This Gift Card has a validity period of 90 days from the day of purchase.
3. This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. However, multiple Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.
4. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
5. In cases the order is cancelled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source Gift Card, not be to the user's cashback account.
6. If the order value exceeds that of the Gift Card, the balance amount will have to be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
7. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
8. Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting ‘Gift Card’ as the payment mode during checkout.
9. You are solely responsible for the security of the Gift Cards. If it is used without your permission, SHHOPEX shall bear no responsibility.
10. SHHOPEX reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card if the same is found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ('KYC') details as per Bank Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
11. The details of the Gift Card shall, at all times, be protected by the buyer and should not be revealed to any third party.
12. SHHOPEX reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
13. Products purchased under the Gift Card cannot be returned or refund.
14. SHHOPEX shall consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have followed the terms above.
